What We Mean When We Say Accessible
Most travel companies check a box. They list a property as 'accessible' because it has a ramp to the front door and a grab bar in one bathroom. We've seen what that looks like in practice — and it's not good enough.
Our Care & Comfort program was built from the ground up for travelers who use wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility aids; guests with oxygen equipment or medical devices; elderly parents who deserve a real vacation, not a modified one; and families who need to know every detail is handled before they arrive.
We personally visit, call, and vet every property, route, and activity we recommend. If we wouldn't send our own grandmother there, it doesn't make the list.

Private Transportation

Every Care & Comfort trip includes private transportation in a fully accessible vehicle — not a standard car with a folding ramp thrown in. Our drivers are trained in mobility assistance and know how to load and secure wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters safely. We coordinate door-to-door from your lodging to every activity, so your group never has to figure out parking, transfers, or terrain.

We know what it's like to plan a trip for an elderly parent or a loved one with significant mobility needs. The anxiety of the unknown — will the room really work? will the restaurant have a step? will there be somewhere to sit? — can make the whole thing feel impossible.
