This form authorizes PeakPath Colorado to use your card on file to book approved travel reservations on your behalf — so you never have to coordinate payment details for each individual booking.

How This Works

You authorize your card

Complete and sign this form once during onboarding. Your card details are used only for bookings explicitly listed in your approved itinerary.

We book on your behalf

When reserving hotels, transport, or activities, we submit your card directly to the partner's secure payment system — not through our own merchant account.

Receipts come to you

Partners issue receipts and confirmations in your name. Deposits, incidentals, and refunds are handled directly between you and the property.

PeakPath Colorado will only charge or authorize this card for expenses explicitly outlined and approved in your written itinerary proposal.
Individual partner cancellation and refund policies apply to each booking made on your behalf.
Your card details are transmitted directly to partner payment systems and are not stored on PeakPath Colorado servers.
You will receive a confirmation from PeakPath Colorado for each booking made using this authorization.
This authorization may be revoked in writing at any time prior to a booking being executed.
